"I find it difficult to plan ahead the amount of time that is necessary to be sure computers will be available.  In math lesson plans change on a daily basis depending on where students are and where you were expecting them to be.  So  needing to reserve more than a week ahead of time is tough, because I sometimes don't know if we will be at that place."

"I usually try to schedule it about a week ahead.
I really try to limit my time in the lab or with a cart in the classroom, as I know others need it.
Should a friendly reminder be sent out to staff to try to remember that we all share it, and as much as possible allow others to get access?  Sometimes I see a teacher's name next to a certain class or period for a week straight, which makes it tough.  I know that class projects really need time to get access, but maybe after a day or two of intro work, students can finish stuff up during their study halls/non-class time to free up computer access to others?"

"There are definitely limited technology resources on the campus, and this makes differentiating instruction "on the fly" difficult.  On any given day, during any given period I may need access to a classroom set of computers, and with the limited number of devices available, this is not always possible."
